We are a solo Internal Medicine practice owned and operated by Dr. Randy Long and staffed by the best medical assistants anywhere!  Each member of this practice is an expert in his or her field.  Dr. Long admits patients to Lexington Memorial Hospital and to local rest homes and nursing homes.  He is the Medical Director at Brian Center of Lexington and also sees patients at Lexington Healthcare Center.

Randy Long MD PA was founded in July of 1989 as soon as Randy Long finished his residency.  The practice was busy from the beginning and closed its doors to new patients after two and a half years.  We began as the first tenant in the hospital-owned 10 Medical Park Drive and moved to our new location at West Medical Park Drive in March of 1997.  Our plan is to always remain a one-doctor office providing care to a select group of patients whom we consider friends.  We will continue to strive to improve that care through advanced technology, continuing education, and real concern for these friends.
