Penny Lovelace began work with us May 6, 1996.  She is now the office manager and in charge of insurance.  Please do not hesitate to ask her your medical financial questions.  Penny is the one to ask if you have a problem with your insurance or with your bill.  She is a graduate of UNC Charlotte.

Kristal Temple is our nurse.  Kristal started working with us in April 14, 1997.  She will usually be responsible for calling in prescriptions and triaging your illness.  Kristal performs routine nursing duties as well as keeping Dr. Long on schedule.  She is always caring and cheerful.  Kristal is a graduate of Rowan Community College.

Jessica Keaton is our new front office assistant.  She will likely be the first person you see in the office.  She is always cheerful and ready to help.
